Arifanimaker has a requirement for an Articulate Storyline Developer / eLearning Developer who will be responsible for developing e-learning courses. The selected employee will work individually. The employee would communicate and support the internal eLearning team, and external customers also as needed.

Working Terms-

• First 3 - 6 Months Project Basis from Office​

• WFH in some conditions

• A good performer as a team player will be Permanent / Full-time after 6 months in Arifanimaker

Job Responsibilities & functionalities:

• Create engaging and interactive e-learning and simulations for use on multiple devices

• Create engaging learning content layout designs.

• Create and animate quality 2D graphics (ActionScript 3.0).

• Prepare and edit audio/video media.

• Develop highly visual and interactive learning content based upon storyboards.

• Prepare SCORM & AICC content for integration in an LMS/VLE.

• Knowledge of LMS.

• Testing and quality assurance of work.

• Desired Candidate Profile Experience as a strong graphic designer with experience building online training courses.

• Work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators, and SMEs to develop the course using authoring tools.

Experiences / Requirements:

• Experience with Articulate Storyline (Must)

• Captivate, Lectora, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Added Advantage)

• Experience with motion graphics development.

• Expertise in Articulate Storyline for the development, correction, and update of content
  from defined storyboards.

• Should be able to understand the tool's functionality like Triggers, Layers, States, Variables,
  Timelines etc.

• Experience developing content with tools such as Articulate.

• Able to handle work individually.

• Experienced in the use of E-Learning and Multimedia authoring software.

• Preferred candidates will have experience creating graphics and video for marketing use or WBT/CBT training courses.

• Experience with motion graphics and video production as well as graphics creation software.

Education:

• Bachelors and certificate in developer or related field. [ Not compulsory for a right candidate ]

• Equivalent academic and work experience can be considered
